The Harrison ~ short, tie dye kimono in "Black Moon"
~ ☽ Design and style ☾ ~
The Harrison kimono is one of the most versatile shapes, with its traditional kimono sleeves, long tie belt and an easy to wear, shorter length; the style options are endless. Wear this piece as an effortless beach coverup. Dress it up, belted (like a wrap dress) over a little black dress for dinner and a night on the town. Going to a concert? A classic rocker tee, distressed denim and the Harrison kimono is an outfit made in rock star heaven! As a bonus, this kimono can even be worn knotted in front as a tie top!
The gorgeously soft fabric is light enough to wear in the summer, but also has just the right amount of weight for a cooler weather layering piece, a sure wardrobe staple. The kimonos craftsmanship is finished to perfection, with French seams throughout the entire piece.
~ ☽ Creative Process ☾ ~
Each piece is individually tied and hand dyed using quality fiber reactive, low impact dyes. Multiple applications, layering of color and artful placement ensure a one of a kind piece that transcends all fashion styles and palettes. There is truly something for everyone!
Each unique piece is dyed with love on Salt Spring Island, BC. Kimono garment production takes place in Bali, Indonesia at an ethical, family run sewing collective.
~ ☽ Colorway ☾ ~
